Our room had egyptian cotton bed linen, and I appreciated that detail. The bath was large enough, a plus. I enjoyed seeing parrots fly by from the bath.

The reception staff seemed a little arrogant. They were not as customer-service-minded as the rest of the hotel staff.

we arrived to a very efficient staff. ashni looked after our every needs and were very attentive. the golf was great and the new course was very good. priscilla and doralie at the beach were very helpful.

i find insect on my bed . this is not the level of cleanliness i expected from a five-star hotel. the hotel needs to improve this.

the choice of food was enormous. all the restaurants are delicious. i enjoyed le chateau. i enjoyed le palmier. it is right on the beach.

every member of staff were wonderful. the entire staff rallied together. this happened for two day. the same faces were at breakfast. the same faces were in the evening.
